Machine Feature
- The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV ink, hot stamping, labeling and other decorations on plastic bottles with circular, elliptical, square and other shapes.
- The machine adopts digital control servo motor to drive the printing function, easily achieving 360 degree printing, and is equipped with remote management and service functions (Industry 4.0).
- The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components, easy to operate with touch screen and PLC control system, and reliable performance.
- The machine adopts a highly customizable modular combination structure, which is linearly connected to form a 1-8 color printing machine.
- The standard configuration of the machine is a screen printing and UV curing module, which can be optionally equipped with a multifunctional printing machine that can exchange hot stamping or labeling functions with screen printing functions.
- The machine can choose to connect independent modules such as hot stamping, labeling, and quality inspection to form a multifunctional printing machine.

About us:
In 2012, Senny supplied an Indonesian customer with an automatic 4-color screen printing and labeling production line, specifically designed for plastic bottles in round, oval, and flat shapes. Since then, Senny has been capable of manufacturing multi-functional printing machines integrated with silk screen printing, labeling, and hot stamping functions. We would like to extend special thanks to this customer for their focus on green environmental protection—this led Senny to revamp the machine’s appearance into a green-and-white color scheme.
In 2016, Senny provided a Korean customer with two automatic 6-color UV-curing screen printing production lines, which were tailored for processing silicone sealant tubes.
